Introduction to Pregnancy Care
"I believe acupuncture is a very special tool." Ruth Davidson, Midwife
An introductory session with Tracey Goulding will support you in the early weeks and include advice and an opportunity to ask any questions you might have, as well as a chance to develop a plan of how acupuncture can be used to support you during your pregnancy. Antenatal acupuncture can help you to have a happy, healthy pregnancy, relieving many of the discomforts of pregnancy and preparing you for a good labour.
Research shows that acupuncture is safe with no records of serious adverse events in the pregnancy-related systematic reviews (Cho 2010; Lim 2009; Vas 2009; Ee 2008).
