Cancellation, missed appointments and late arrivals

24 hours notice is required for all cancelled or re-scheduled appointments, otherwise the full treatment charge is incurred. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. All appointments have an allocated time slot, and so late arrivals will have a reduced treatment time but the fee will remain unchanged.

Payment of fees

Payment must be made at the end of each treatment or in advance. Payment is by cash or cheque, except at the Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic where all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
