Travel details

CAR: free parking outside the premises.
TRAIN: regular trains to East Dulwich Station, followed by 10 to 15 minute walk.
BUS: regular buses to Lordship Lane in East Dulwich. Transport for London has the most up to date bus routes.

Home Visits

Treatments for all therapies are available in your home. Some restrictions apply. Travel costs are added to the usual treatment fee, this will be £20 or more depending on location.

Cancellation, missed appointments and late arrivals

24 hours notice is required for all cancelled or re-scheduled appointments, otherwise the full treatment charge is incurred. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. All appointments have an allocated time slot, and so late arrivals will have a reduced treatment time but the fee will remain unchanged.

Payment of fees

Payment must be made at the end of each treatment or in advance. Payment is by cash or cheque at all practices except the Chelsea Club where all major credit cards are accepted.
